Activating a License
- Purchase a license at paperquire.com/pricing.
- You will receive a license key by email within a few minutes.
- In PaperQuire, go to Settings → License.
- Paste your license key into the field and click Activate.
The license activates offline — no internet connection is needed after the initial activation.
Managing Your License
- View license status — open Settings → License to see your current tier, activation status, and expiry date.
- Deactivate — click Deactivate to release the license from this machine so you can move it to a different one. You can have up to 3 simultaneous activations.
- License keys are tied to your email, not to a specific machine. You can activate on any computer using the same key.
Enterprise & Organization Branding Enterprise
Enterprise licenses unlock organization-level features designed for teams and large deployments:
- Centralized template management — create and distribute templates across your organization from a single admin console.
- Custom branding — apply your organization's logo, colors, and typography to the application and exported documents.
- User provisioning via SSO — integrate with your identity provider using SAML or OIDC for seamless authentication.
- Usage analytics dashboard — track document creation, exports, and active users across your organization.
- Admin controls — manage user permissions, enforce export policies, and configure organization-wide settings.

The app continues working, but Pro and Enterprise features are locked until you renew. - Can I use one license on multiple machines?
Yes. Each license supports up to 3 simultaneous activations. - Is there a student discount?
